Health, Exercise Nutrition for the Really Young (HENRY) is an eight-week course for parents with babies and toddlers under five. It aims to help develop healthy lifestyle habits including food, activity, and families’ daily routines. It is provided in small groups of up to 12 parents in local community and children’s centres.
HENRY courses have been shown to be highly effective in helping families with young children to live healthy lifestyles. Many parents describe it as life-changing.
Who’s it for? Parents with babies and toddlers under five years old in the Better Start Bradford area.
Who delivers it? Local children’s centres and other partners in the Better Start Bradford area. HENRY is a national charity working in partnership with us to provide this and other activities to support a healthy start in life.
