HENRY - Two-day Group Facilitation Training

For practitioners who have already completed HENRY Core Training

This course equips practitioners with the skills, knowledge andconfidence to lead HENRY programmes and workshops for parents and carers of children aged 0-5.
Practitioners will:
- Understand the content of the 8-week Healthy Families: Right from the Start group programme
- Develop group facilitation skills to deliver the programme in a way that adopts the HENRY approach and builds on parents’ strengths
- Feel confident to manage issues that can arise in groups, using listening, empathy and solution-focused support
- Feel confident to use the detailed HENRY group Facilitator Manual and resources
This training is for practitioners who have already completed HENRY Core Training. The above date is the first of two sessions.
